Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact (including protective garment bags)
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity of our traditional craftsmanship, these items are final sale:
- Jewelry: Ear Rings, Anklets, Bangles, Bracelets, Choker, Danglers, Foot Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories: Bags and Clutches (unless defective)
- Altered Items: Any garment that has been tailored or modified after delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return/exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International Refunds: May take additional 2-3 days to appear in your account due to bank processing
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size/color only):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired replacement item in your email

Damaged or Defective Items
If your handcrafted item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
