Non-Returnable Items

To preserve traditional craftsmanship and hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry: Ear Rings, Anklets, Bangles, Bracelets, Choker, Danglers, Foot Jewellery
  • Accessories: Bags and Clutches (unless defective)
  • Custom Orders: Wedding trousseaus or festival wear with special measurements
  • Altered Items: Any garment modified after delivery
